Dr. Giorgio Chiellini, Head of Football Institutional Relations at Juventus, is a member of the Scientific Committee of the European University Festival - Climate Change. In this role, he contributes to the selection and evaluation of the most promising sports-related projects submitted by universities, academies, and sports institutions across Europe.
Widely regarded as one of the greatest defenders of his generation, Chiellini enjoyed a distinguished playing career spanning nearly two decades with Juventus, where he won nine consecutive Serie A titles and captained the Italian national team to victory at UEFA Euro 2020. Following his retirement from professional football in 2023, he transitioned into an executive role at Juventus, focusing on institutional relations within the football community.
