2. PLATFORM USED

The Websites are developed and hosted on the platform Wix.com Ltd., which provides hosting services, technical infrastructure, and internal statistical tools.

Wix acts as a Data Processor pursuant to Article 28 GDPR and processes data in accordance with its Data Processing Agreement (DPA) and the security measures required under European data protection law.

3. TYPES OF DATA PROCESSED

3.1 Browsing Data

During normal browsing activity, the IT systems automatically collect certain technical data, including:

  • IP address

  • Browser type and device information

  • Date and time of request

  • Pages visited

  • Operating system parameters

These data are used exclusively to:

  • ensure proper technical functioning of the Websites

  • maintain cybersecurity

  • generate aggregated internal statistics through Wix Analytics

Legal basis: legitimate interest of the Data Controller (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

  • telephone number (if provided)

4. METHODS OF PROCESSING

No automated profiling activities are carried out.

Personal data are retained for the time strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which they were collected:

  • Information requests: up to 24 months

  • Curriculum vitae (if submitted): up to 12 months

  • Administrative data: in accordance with legal obligations

At the end of the retention period, data will be deleted or anonymized.

6. DATA TRANSFERS

Personal data may be processed through Wix infrastructure located outside the European Economic Area (EEA).

Any transfers are carried out in compliance with GDPR safeguards, including adequacy decisions or Standard Contractual Clauses where applicable.
